Shipping of homeware products will be made within 5-10 working days of an order and sent by Royal Mail delivery. Larger items of furniture are generally made to order so please contact Paul before ordering for lead times. Furniture is sent via Parcel force with a tracking number.

Wherever possible packaging is re-used, so your parcel may come wrapped in old cardboard.

Paul champions the use of local materials and sustainability so would rather not send overseas.

Because of the nature of working by hand with wood and clay each item is unique. The items you order may therefore vary in appearance from the image shown on the online shop and the dimensions of each items may aslo vary slightly.

Where possible the wood Paul uses throughout his work has been sourced from fallen or felled trees located in the UK. 

Paul tries to identify the origin of the wood and avoid importing timber from abroad.
